Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.

The ASUS ROG Swift OLED PG32UCDMZ 31.5" QD-OLED 3840 x 2160 is a 31.5-inch flat computer monitor with a 4K Ultra HD resolution of 3840 × 2160 pixels. Its QD-OLED panel combines quantum-dot colour enhancement with OLED pixel control to deliver wide colour gamut and deep black levels. The display features a very fast 0.03 ms response time and a 178° viewing angle for consistent image quality from different positions. Built-in connectivity includes a USB hub with one USB Type-C downstream port (USB 3.2 Gen 1) and the monitor supports VESA mounting with height adjustment for ergonomic placement. The enclosure is finished in black and the monitor does not include integrated speakers.

Advantages

The QD-OLED panel offers vibrant colours and a high typical contrast ratio of 1,500,000:1 for pronounced highlights and deep blacks. The ultra-fast response time of 0.03 ms reduces motion blur in fast-paced content, while the 178° viewing angle maintains colour accuracy when viewed off-centre. Onboard USB 3.2 Gen 1 connectivity and a USB Type-C downstream port simplify peripheral connections. VESA compatibility and height adjustment allow flexible ergonomic installation.

Suitable for

  • High-resolution gaming at 4K where fast pixel response is required
  • Content creation and colour-critical workflows that benefit from wide gamut and deep black levels
  • General office and multitasking setups requiring a large 31.5" workspace
  • Ergonomic desk arrangements using VESA mounting and height adjustment

Key specifications

  • Display diagonal: 31.5"
  • Resolution: 3840 × 2160 (4K Ultra HD)
  • Panel type: OLED with QD-OLED display technology
  • Pixel pitch: 0.182 × 0.182 mm
  • Response time: 0.03 ms
  • Typical contrast ratio: 1,500,000:1
  • Viewing angle: 178°
  • Screen shape: Flat
  • Built-in USB hub: Yes (USB 3.2 Gen 1)
  • USB Type-C downstream ports: 1
  • VESA mounting: Yes (with height adjustment)
  • Built-in speakers: No
  • Product colour: Black
  • Energy efficiency class (SDR/HDR): G / G
  • Energy consumption per 1000 h (SDR/HDR): 33 kWh / 59 kWh

How to use

Position the monitor on a stable desk or install it using a VESA-compatible mount. Connect the display to a video source that supports 4K resolution using an appropriate cable (e.g., DisplayPort or HDMI compatible with the host device) and plug in USB peripherals to the built-in USB hub or the USB Type-C downstream port as required. Use the on-screen display (OSD) menu to adjust brightness, colour settings, and input selection. Adjust the height to a comfortable viewing position to reduce neck strain. Note that the unit does not include speakers, so external audio output is required if sound is needed.

Recommendations

For best visual results, calibrate the display using hardware calibration tools or the available OSD colour presets to match your workflow. When using high-brightness HDR content, monitor energy consumption will increase; consider adjusting HDR and brightness settings to balance picture quality and power usage.
