Wall mounted rack Triton RXA-06-AS4-CAX-A1

The Triton RXA-06-AS4-CAX-A1 wall mounted rack is a 6U, 19" demountable cabinet supplied as a flat pack for easy transport and on-site assembly. Constructed with plastic pins that join body parts, the cabinet can be assembled in a few minutes with minimal tools. It includes adjustable 19" vertical rails fixed to the body by screws, cable entry points at the top, bottom and center back covered by break-out panels, and a fully glazed door with lock that can be mounted for left or right opening. All metallic parts are mutually earthed. The cabinet measures 320 mm high, 550 mm wide and 400 mm deep, has a maximum load capacity of 25 kg and a lightweight body of 13 kg in a grey finish.

How to use

Unpack the flat-pack cabinet and identify the body panels and plastic pins. Assemble the cabinet body by joining panels with the supplied plastic pins following the included assembly guide; only basic hand tools may be required to secure the vertical rails with screws. Adjust the 19" vertical rails to the desired depth positions and fasten them to the cabinet body. Fit the door in the preferred orientation (left or right opening). Route cables through the top, bottom or centre rear break-out panels and install networking devices on the vertical rails within the 6U space. Ensure all screws are tightened and the door lock is engaged when needed.

Recommendations

Mount the rack on a load-bearing wall using appropriate anchors and fixings rated for the combined weight of the cabinet and installed equipment (cabinet max load 25 kg). Leave clearance for air circulation and cable access, and verify earthing continuity after installation.
