Wall mounted rack Triton RXA-12-AS4-CAX-A1

The Triton RXA-12-AS4-CAX-A1 is a 12U wall-mounted rack supplied as a flat-pack, designed for easy on-site assembly. The cabinet uses plastic pins to join parts and requires minimal tools, allowing quick mounting in a few minutes. Adjustable 19" vertical rails can be positioned across the cabinet depth and are secured to the cabinet body with screws. Cable entries are provided in the top, bottom and middle of the back panel and are closed with break-out style blanking panels that can be removed with a screwdriver. All metallic parts are mutually earthed. The cabinet is supplied with a fully glazed door with lock that can be mounted to open from the left or right side.

How to use

Unpack the flat-pack components and follow the supplied assembly steps: join cabinet panels using the plastic pins, position and fix the 19" vertical rails at the required depth with screws, and secure the cabinet to a suitable wall surface using appropriate fixings (not supplied). Route cables through the chosen top, bottom or center back entry by removing the corresponding break-out panel. Mount equipment into the 19" rails and secure the glazed door; choose left or right hinge orientation during door installation.

Recommendations

Install the cabinet on a load-bearing wall and use appropriate wall anchors for the applied load. Verify the total weight of installed equipment does not exceed 25 kg. Ensure proper earthing connection during installation and leave sufficient ventilation space around heat-generating devices.
