The DIGITUS Wall Mounting Cabinet IP55 (DN-19 09U-I-OD) is an outdoor-rated 19" network rack designed for industrial and external installations. Constructed from up to 2.0 mm sheet steel and finished in grey (RAL 7035) with electrostatic powder coating, the cabinet provides protection against dust and water jets in accordance with IP55. It measures 600 mm in width, 450 mm in depth and 450 mm in height, and supports secure mounting on walls using the enclosed bracket; free-standing use is possible with an optional plinth.

How to use

Install the cabinet on a suitable load-bearing wall using the supplied mounting bracket and appropriate anchor fixings for the wall material. Fit equipment on the internal 19" profile rails and adjust their depth as needed, ensuring rack-unit markings align for correct placement. If ventilation is required, mount a fan module in the roof filtered area and use the integrated fan filter housing to maintain filtered air intake. Connect the earthing lead before powering installed equipment and route cables through the insulated PG cable glands to preserve IP protection.
