How to use

Unbox the Deco units and place them around the home to achieve desired coverage. Download and open the Deco app on a compatible Android or iOS device, then follow the on‑screen instructions to create the mesh network, select router or access point mode, and configure Wi‑Fi name and password. For improved backhaul performance, connect units using Ethernet cables when available. After setup, use the app to view connected devices, prioritise traffic, create a guest network and enable parental controls.

Recommendations

Position one Deco unit near your internet gateway and distribute additional units evenly across floors or in areas with poor signal. For maximum throughput when streaming or gaming, use 5 GHz connections and consider Ethernet backhaul between units. Add more Deco units to expand coverage as needed; all Deco models are compatible within the same mesh network.
