How to use

Clean both bonding surfaces thoroughly to remove dust, oils and residues. Cut the tape to the required shape and size, peel off one release liner and apply the adhesive side to the heatsink or component, pressing firmly to remove air pockets. Remove the second liner and press the heatsink or mating surface into place, holding steady until adhesion is secure. Allow normal operating temperature cycles to settle the bond.

Recommendations

Use the tape only on clean, dry surfaces and avoid stretching during application. Do not use as a replacement for thermal solutions where a specified thermal interface material is required by the manufacturer. For best thermal contact, ensure flat, even mating surfaces and cut the tape to fit without creating gaps.
