How to use

Connect up to two core thermometer probes to the SEVERIN device according to the probe manufacturer’s instructions. Insert the probe(s) into the thickest part of the meat without touching bone, then monitor the displayed internal temperature until it reaches the target temperature for your recipe. Remove the probes carefully after use and clean or store them as recommended by the probe manufacturer.
