How to use

Switch the thermometer on, insert the 125 mm probe into the product to be measured until the sensing tip reaches the desired depth, and wait for the display to stabilise (measurements update each second). Use the HOLD button to freeze a reading on the display. After measuring, wipe the probe clean and switch the device off to conserve battery. For liquids, ensure the probe connection area stays dry to maintain the IP65 protection.

Recommendations

For accurate core temperature readings, insert the probe into the thickest part of the food and avoid contact with cookware or the container bottom. Calibrate periodically if precise traceable results are required; store the thermometer in its plastic case when not in use.
