How to use

Insert the probe into the thickest part of the meat or the item to be measured, avoiding contact with bone. Turn on both the probe unit and the handheld receiver so they connect by radio; the handheld display will show continuous temperature updates. Select the desired doneness or set a target temperature and/or use the integrated timer. When the selected temperature or timer is reached, the handheld unit emits an audible signal.

Recommendations
