The PLANET POE-172S Gigabit ultra Power over Ethernet splitter separates Ethernet data and PoE power on twisted-pair cabling, providing one Gigabit data output and selectable DC power outputs (12V / 19V / 24V). How to use

Connect the RJ-45 input to a compatible PoE injector or 802.3bt/at/af Ultra PoE switch using Cat5e or Cat6 cable. Set the front-panel DIP switch to the required DC output voltage (12V, 19V, or 24V). Run a twisted-pair Ethernet cable up to 100 metres from the splitter to the target non-PoE device and plug in the device to receive both data and the selected DC power. Ensure the PoE source can supply sufficient power for the chosen output voltage and the connected device.
