It is ideal for use in the garden, around the house or terrace, at the gate, passageways, corridors, cellars, warehouses, garages and other places requiring lighting or other equipment to be switched on when motion is detected. The IP44 rating provides resistance against raindrops falling at any angle, from all sides. The sensor has high sensitivity and a very good level of workmanship. The main features are automaticity, energy efficiency and built-in practical functions. The sensor identifies day and night (twilight sensor), switches on and off depending on the appearance of an object in the detection field. Top quality and versatility The main purpose of the presented sensor is the automatic control of lighting, but it is also possible to connect other electrical appliances (e.g. electric heating, air-conditioning, etc.) to it, provided that the energy consumer does not load the switch with more than 1200 W (resistive load) or 300 W (inductive load). How to use

Mount the sensor on a wall or ceiling at a position that provides clear line of sight over the monitored area, avoiding direct exposure to heating sources or air vents that may affect detection. Connect the sensor into the lighting or control circuit following local electrical regulations and the installation instructions supplied with the product. After power-up, verify the detection area by walking through the coverage zone and adjust sensor position as needed to ensure reliable activation and minimal false triggers.

Recommendations

For reliable operation, place the sensor so that typical movement crosses the coverage zone rather than moving directly toward or away from the detector. Avoid mounting near heat sources, fans or reflective surfaces. Regularly check wiring connections and keep the lens free from dust and obstructions to maintain consistent detection performance.
