The PLANET IGS-6325-8UP2S2X is an IP30-rated industrial L3 managed Gigabit switch with eight 10/100/1000BASE-T PoE++ ports, two 10G SFP+ ports and two 1/2.5G SFP ports in a rugged metal case. Compliant with IEEE 802.3bt and PoH technologies, each PoE port can deliver up to 90–95 watts over four-pair Cat5e/6 cabling. The switch operates in a wide temperature range (−40 to 75 °C) and supports DIN-rail or wall mounting for industrial deployments.

How to use

Install the switch on a DIN rail or mount it to a wall in a ventilated enclosure. Connect Cat5e/6 cables from powered devices to the RJ-45 PoE++ ports and use appropriate SFP/SFP+ transceivers for uplinks. Configure VLANs, Layer 3 routes or OSPF via the Web GUI, console or SNMP management tools. Select the desired PoE power output mode per port in the PoE settings, upload floor plans and enable ONVIF discovery if using network cameras. Enable PoE schedules, alive check and scheduled power recycling as required for energy saving and device reliability.

Recommendations
