How to use

Install the switch on a DIN-rail in a suitable industrial cabinet or enclosure and connect power using the provided dual power inputs for full PoE budget when required. Connect Ethernet devices to the Gigabit PoE+ ports and fiber uplinks to the SFP+ slots using compatible transceivers. Configure network settings, VLANs, static IPv4/IPv6 routes, QoS and security policies through the web GUI, SSH/console or SNMP management. For SCADA or HMI integration, enable Modbus TCP and map the required monitoring parameters. Use the ONVIF function in the web GUI to discover and manage ONVIF-compliant cameras and to upload floor plans for camera placement.

Recommendations

For maximum PoE capacity (360 W) ensure both power inputs are connected to redundant power sources. Use PoE scheduling and scheduled power recycling to reduce energy usage and improve device stability. When extending PoE beyond 100 m, enable the Extend mode to supply up to 15 W at distances up to 250 m at 10 Mbps duplex.
