Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.
Know our brand? Leave an honest review, send us a screenshot, and pick a free gift — shipped free of charge within 1–2 business days.

The Lenovo ThinkPad T14s Gen 6 14" Intel Core Ultra 7 32GB 1TB SSD Intel Arc Windows 11 Pro is a business-oriented ultraportable laptop with a 14-inch WUXGA (1920 x 1200) display. It pairs an Intel Core Ultra 7 258V processor with 32 GB LPDDR5x memory and a 1 TB SSD to deliver responsive multitasking and fast storage. Intel Arc Graphics 140V supports graphics workloads beyond basic office tasks. Weighing approximately 1.28 kg and finished in black, the device runs Windows 11 Pro and includes modern connectivity options including support for Wi‑Fi 7.

Advantages

The T14s Gen 6 combines a lightweight chassis and long battery potential with high-performance components suited for professional workflows. The 32 GB LPDDR5x memory and 1 TB SSD reduce load times for applications and large files, while the Intel Core Ultra 7 258V processor provides multi-core performance for productivity and content creation. The 14" 1920 x 1200 display offers a balance between screen area and portability. Built-in Intel Arc graphics improves capabilities for rendering, photo editing and multimedia playback compared to integrated graphics-only designs.

Suitable for

  • Business professionals who need a lightweight, durable laptop for travel
  • Software developers and data analysts requiring substantial memory for virtual machines and large datasets
  • Content creators and designers needing improved graphics performance for editing and rendering
  • Office work, presentations and remote work with secure Windows 11 Pro features

How to use

Start the laptop by connecting the AC adapter and pressing the power button. Complete the Windows 11 Pro setup using your Microsoft account or a local account, configure network settings for Wi‑Fi 7 where available, and install required business or creative applications. Use the preinstalled storage and memory to run virtual machines or large databases; for optimal performance avoid filling the SSD to capacity. Adjust display brightness and power profiles in Windows to balance battery life and performance when mobile.

Recommendations

For sustained performance, keep the system firmware and drivers up to date using Lenovo Vantage or Windows Update. Maintain at least 10–20% free SSD space to preserve write performance and enable Windows system restore points. When performing graphics-intensive tasks, ensure adequate ventilation and use a stable power source to prevent CPU/GPU throttling.
