We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.

The flexible stand can be positioned at several angels creating a comfortable and ergonomic user experience and the integrated cable management system hides all the cables and electrical wires giving a neat and cable-free workspace. In addition to the superb image quality, the screen comes with an IP54 rating, which means the screen and bezel is dust and water resistant from the front. A perfect solution for retail applications.

Touch technology - Capacitive

This technology uses a sensor-grid of micro-fine wires integrated into the glass that covers the screen. Touch is detected because electrical characteristics of the sensor grid change when human finger is placed on the glass. Thanks to the glass overlay this technology is highly durable, and the touch function remains unaffected even if the glass is scratched. It offers perfect picture performance and will work with human finger (also latex gloved) and stylus-pen.

Scratch resistance is a critical requirement for touch solutions deployed in commercial, educational, and industrial environments. A protective glass overlay covering the screen provides enhanced durability, ensuring reliable touch performance over time. The touch functionality remains fully operational and unaffected.

The IP Code classifies how resistant a device is to foreign objects and moisture. IP54 means that the monitor will operate in dusty conditions, and will resist splashing water.

LED-backlit

A typical CCFL LCD uses four backlight lamps. Using LED diodes considerably lowers the power consumption and reduces the CO 2 emission into the environment making this LCD a true ECO-Friendly product.

How to use

Connect the monitor to a host PC using the supplied USB cable for touch functionality and the appropriate video cable for the video signal. Place the monitor on a flat surface and adjust the flexible stand to a comfortable viewing angle. Use the touch surface directly for input; the projected capacitive technology supports multiple simultaneous touch points. If wall or arm mounting is required, use the VESA mount following the mounting instructions.

Recommendations

For reliable operation in public or retail settings, keep the glass surface clean using a soft, lint-free cloth and a mild glass cleaner applied to the cloth (not sprayed directly). Avoid sharp objects on the touchscreen to preserve the scratch-resistant surface, and ensure proper ventilation around the unit when installed in enclosed spaces.
