We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.

This through glass touch screen works right through glass and can turn glass surfaces into an interactive touch screen display. Use it on storefront windows, real estate office, in-store for POS or restaurants.

Touch technology - Capacitive

This technology uses a sensor-grid of micro-fine wires integrated into the glass that covers the screen. Touch is detected because electrical characteristics of the sensor grid change when human finger is placed on the glass. Thanks to the glass overlay this technology is highly durable, and the touch function remains unaffected even if the glass is scratched. It offers perfect picture performance and will work with human finger (also latex gloved) and stylus-pen.

Anti-fingerprint coating

This special Nano coating ensures a smoother touch and less resistance in the swipe. It makes the screen less static and susceptible to dirt, dust, fingerprints and it improves the clarity of the content displayed on the screen.

This open frame monitor can be equipped with optional external mounting brackets. It guarantees easy installation and makes it an ideal solution for kiosk integrators and In-store Retail.

How to use

Mount the ProLite TF1615MC-B1 using the open-frame housing or optional external brackets according to your kiosk or cabinet design; ensure the foam seal aligns with the enclosure to maintain the IP65 rating on the front. Connect power and the USB touch interface to your host system to enable touch functionality. Calibrate touch input if required by your operating system or point-of-sale software. The display supports landscape, portrait and face-up mounting positions—choose the orientation that fits your installation and secure the monitor following the manufacturer’s mounting instructions.

Recommendations

For reliable long-term operation in public or high-traffic environments, use the monitor behind glass up to the specified thickness for through-glass applications, keep the foam seal clean and intact to preserve front IP65 protection, and use a soft, lint-free cloth with mild cleaner for periodic cleaning of the glass surface to avoid damage to the anti-fingerprint coating.
