We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.

Touch technology - Capacitive

This technology uses a sensor-grid of micro-fine wires integrated into the glass that covers the screen. Touch is detected because electrical characteristics of the sensor grid change when human finger is placed on the glass. Thanks to the glass overlay this technology is highly durable, and the touch function remains unaffected even if the glass is scratched. It offers perfect picture performance and will work with human finger (also latex gloved) and stylus-pen.

Ball-drop-test proof

Ball-drop-test proof

The ball-drop-test uses a half-kilo steel ball, which is dropped onto the touch screen from a height of 1.3 meter. If the touch screen surface remains unaffected, the monitor passes the ball-drop-test for high impact resistance and durability.

Touch Through-Glass

This through glass touch screen works right through glass and can turn glass surfaces into an interactive touch screen display. Use it on storefront windows, real estate office, in-store for POS or restaurants.

How to use

Mount the open-frame monitor using the VESA mounting points in either portrait or landscape orientation according to your installation. Connect power and video sources compatible with the monitor, and ensure the foam seal is positioned correctly to maintain IP65 front protection. Operate the touch surface directly with a finger, latex glove or a compatible stylus; the capacitive sensor grid will register up to 30 simultaneous touch points for multi-user or multi-touch interactions.

Recommendations

For kiosk and public installations, keep the front glass clean and periodically check the foam seal to preserve IP65 protection. Avoid impact or excessive force on the glass; the capacitive touch remains functional if scratched but mechanical damage can compromise sealing and mounting integrity.
