Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.

Compact, high-performance and built for modern professionals, the ProLite XB2496HSC-B1 is a 24” Full HD monitor ideal for home offices, hybrid work and content consumption. Its IPS panel offers vibrant colour reproduction and wide viewing angles, making it well-suited for presentations, web-based tasks, video calls and day-to-day business applications. A smooth 144Hz refresh rate and high 1500:1 contrast ratio ensure sharp visuals and fluid motion for everyday tasks and entertainment. The USB-C connection delivers up to 65W of power reducing desk clutter and simplifying setup. Flicker-free technology and a blue light reducer enhance visual comfort during extended use. Framed by ultra-slim bezels on all four sides, the XB2496HSC-B1 integrates seamlessly into multi-monitor setups. Its ergonomic stand offers height adjustment, tilt, swivel and pivot for a perfectly aligned workspace. Balanced and versatile, this monitor is designed to keep you productive and comfortable throughout the day.

Sleek design, seamless viewing

With edges so thin they’re barely there, your screens blend together, creating a sleek, distraction‑free workspace that’s as comfortable as it is stylish.

Multi-screen setup for a panoramic workspace

Connect multiple ultra-slim bezel monitors to create a panoramic workspace, keep your apps in view, streamline multitasking, and boost productivity.

Work faster and feel the difference with 144Hz

Scrolling through documents, switching windows or reviewing animations feels smoother than ever. The ultra-fast 144Hz refresh rate reduces blur and stutter, letting your eyes follow motion naturally. Whether you're deep in spreadsheets or reviewing video content, your workflow stays sharp, fluid and easy on the eyes.

Reveal hidden details with deeper contrast

With a native contrast ratio of 1500:1, this monitor brings out subtle shadow nuances and fine tonal transitions. You see more image information at a glance, making it easier to make precise creative choices during editing and colour grading. Dark areas stay crisp and distinct without blending into one another.

Connect with ease, work in comfort

With USB-C delivering up to 65W, your laptop stays charged while you work, using just a single, clutter-free connection. The reversible design means you never have to fumble or check which way to plug it in. It’s a simple, reliable solution that keeps your focus on what matters most.

Adjustable stand for optimal comfort

Find your perfect screen position easily and maintain a healthy, comfortable posture all day long. Thanks to its fully adjustable stand, you can effortlessly adapt the monitor to your needs. Raise or lower the height, swivel left or right, or tilt the screen to reduce glare and find the optimal viewing angle. Whether you're working, designing, or attending long video calls, this flexibility helps reduce neck and back strain, improving both comfort and productivity throughout your day.

How to use

Place the monitor on a stable desk surface and adjust the stand for comfortable viewing height and angle using height, tilt, swivel and pivot adjustments. Connect a computer or laptop via USB-C to transmit video, data and up to 65 W of power with a single cable. Alternatively, use supported DisplayPort/HDMI inputs if available. Enable flicker-free and blue light reduction settings in the on-screen menu to improve comfort during long sessions. Arrange multiple monitors using the slim bezels for a near-seamless visual layout.

Recommendations

For best results in hybrid work or multi-monitor setups, pair the ProLite XB2496HSC-B1 with a laptop supporting USB-C power delivery and set the display to 144 Hz when working with motion-heavy content. Use the ergonomic adjustments and eye-care features to reduce fatigue during prolonged use.
