i-tec USB-C HDMI Dual DP Docking Station with Power Delivery 100 W

The i-tec USB-C HDMI Dual DP 100W docking station is a high-performance USB-C office dock that supports up to three external 4K monitors and delivers Power Delivery up to 100 W. It is compatible with laptops and tablets that have USB-C, USB4 or Thunderbolt 3/4 ports and includes the DP 1.4 with DSC protocol allowing up to 5K@60 Hz in supported setups. Two product variants exist: without the included USB-C power adapter (MPN C31TRIPLE4KDOCKPDPRO) and with the included 100 W adapter (this variant). Note that macOS does not support MST video, so when connected to macOS the same image may be shown on multiple monitors.

How to use

Connect the docking station to your laptop, tablet or compatible device using the supplied USB-C cable. If using the included 100 W power adapter, plug it in to ensure all ports deliver full functionality and maximum data transfer speeds. Attach displays to the HDMI and DisplayPort outputs as required; on macOS, note that MST-based multi-monitor extended desktop may not be available and connected displays may mirror the same image. Connect USB devices and peripherals to the available USB ports and use the front audio jack for headset connections. Use the power switch on the dock to turn off the unit when not in use and consider the Kensington lock for physical security in shared environments.

Recommendations

For full functionality and stable operation—especially when connecting high-power USB devices (external NVMe SSDs, multiple peripherals) or when using Android devices—use the docking station with the included 100 W power adapter connected. Without external power, some USB 3.0/USB-C ports may be limited or inactive.
