i-tec USB 3.0 / USB-C / Thunderbolt 3 Dual Display Docking Station

This USB-C / USB-A dual monitor docking station with Thunderbolt 3 compatibility works with laptops, tablets and smartphones that have a free Thunderbolt 3 or USB port (minimum USB 3.0 recommended). It supports up to two external monitors at resolutions up to 4096 x 2160 @ 60 Hz, or a single monitor at 5K (5120 x 2880 @ 60 Hz) when connected via two DisplayPort cables. The unit includes both HDMI and DisplayPort outputs, six USB-A 3.0 ports, Gigabit Ethernet, front 3.5 mm audio jacks, power on/off switch and a Kensington lock slot. How to use

Connect the docking station to your laptop, tablet or smartphone using the provided USB-C or USB-A cable. Attach up to two external monitors using any combination of the HDMI and DisplayPort outputs; for 5K output on a single monitor, use two DisplayPort cables. Plug in USB peripherals to the USB-A ports, connect the RJ45 cable for a wired network and use the front audio jacks for headphones or speakers. If desired and if your monitor supports VESA mounting, mount the dock behind the monitor with the optional VESADOCK1 frame to free desk space. Use the rear power switch to turn the unit on or off and secure the unit with a Kensington lock when needed.

Recommendations

Ensure your host device meets the minimum USB 3.0 requirement; for best video performance use a Thunderbolt 3 or USB-C connection. Note that 5K resolution is supported only on Windows. Use the VESA mounting accessory to reduce desk clutter when your monitor supports VESA mounting.
