The Ernitec 2MP Analog Vandal Dome Camera (model 0070-1322A) is a dome surveillance camera with 1920×1080 resolution and robust metal housing, designed for reliable indoor and outdoor monitoring. It uses a 1/2.8” progressive scan CMOS sensor, offers motorized focus (2.8–12 mm) and provides night vision up to 30 m with 15 IR LEDs. The camera is IP66 and IK10 rated for dust, water and impact resistance, and operates from DC12V with a maximum power consumption of 4 W (IR on).

How to use

Mount the dome camera on a stable surface using appropriate screws and anchors for the installation site. Connect a DC12V power supply and route the video cable to your analog DVR or compatible recorder. Use the motorized lens controls to adjust focal length and the joystick-accessible OSD menu to configure exposure, WDR, day/night mode and other settings. Position the pan/tilt/rotation to cover the required area and verify night performance by testing with IR enabled.

Recommendations

Install the camera at a height that provides an unobstructed view and prevents easy tampering; clean the dome cover periodically and avoid mounting where extreme temperatures or humidity above specified limits are expected. For best low-light results, keep the lens clear of obstructions and set appropriate AGC and IR sensitivity in the OSD.
