How to use

Place the slicer on a stable, level surface and unfold the supply table if needed. Attach the carriage or use it divided as required, adjust the slice thickness up to approximately 14 mm, and switch between intermittent and continuous operation using the safety switch. Guide food along the carriage toward the rotating 17 cm blade, keeping hands clear of the cutting edge. After use, switch off and disconnect power, clean removable parts according to manufacturer instructions, detach and fold components for compact storage.
