How to use

Place the slicer on a stable, level surface and connect to a suitable power outlet. Secure the food on the detachable carriage and adjust the desired slice thickness (up to approx. 20 mm). Use the safety switch to select intermittent or continuous operation as needed. Move the carriage along the carriage way while guiding the food across the rotating serrated blade.
