We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.

Signal FailOver

FailOver is a feature which automatically detects input sources. When there is no signal on the default input it will automatically switch to the next available input. FailOver allows customers to prioritize a number of inputs (incl. Browser, Media Player and Custom) and ensures your content is always actively displayed, assuring active content at all times.

With true 1920 x 1080p resolution your monitor is ready to display high definition images. This means you can accommodate more information on your screen; e.g. 60% more in comparison to a 1280 x 1024 monitor.

How to use

Install the display in either landscape or portrait orientation according to your installation requirements and connect required inputs and network. Use the on-board Android 11 to install applications directly on the display or manage content remotely via iiSignage². Configure FailOver priorities to define fallback inputs so the display automatically switches if the primary source is lost. For local playback, copy media files to a USB flash drive or to internal memory and play them using the built-in media player. Use the removable Wi‑Fi module for wireless content updates and remote management.

Recommendations

For stable operation in mission-critical installations, mount the display securely, keep firmware and iiSignage² CMS updated, and configure FailOver priorities and network settings before deployment. Use high-quality media files in Full HD resolution to ensure optimal image quality.
