How to use

Mount the SL4304 using a compatible VESA bracket in either landscape or portrait orientation depending on the installation needs. Power the display and connect to a network via Ethernet or Wi‑Fi, then sign in to the built-in Android environment to configure apps and settings. Use InstaShare 2 for wireless screen sharing from Windows, macOS, Android, iOS, iPadOS or ChromeOS devices. Manage content and schedules locally through the built-in X-Sign app or remotely using BenQ Device Management Solution (DMS) to push updates, schedule playlists and apply firmware updates across multiple units.

Recommendations

For accurate color-critical applications, enable Pantone or M-book mode and calibrate the display in the intended lighting environment. Use High-detail mode for schematics and technical drawings, and Sketch mode when reviewing grayscale or draft visuals to reduce eye fatigue. Schedule automatic firmware updates and use DMS to set sleep modes and power schedules to optimize energy use and maintain consistent operation.
