How to use

Place the grill on a flat, heat-resistant surface and connect the removable power cord. Select the required temperature using the electronic control (75, 120, 160 or 230 ºC) and allow the grill to preheat. Place food on the cooking surface and close the lid if needed for contact grilling. Monitor cooking progress and remove food when done. After use, unplug the grill, allow it to cool and clean the plates according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

Recommendations

For best results, use the lower temperature settings for gentle warming or delicate items and the higher settings for searing meats. Avoid cutting directly on the non-stick surface and follow recommended cleaning instructions to preserve the Stonite coating.
