EK-Quantum Vector Strix RX 6800/6900 Backplate - Black is a CNC-machined black anodized aluminium backplate designed to fit all EK-Quantum Vector Strix RX 6800/6900 water blocks. It spans the full length of the graphics card PCB, adds a clean visual finish and provides passive cooling to the backside of the VRM, VRAM and GPU core.

How to use

Install the backplate onto the graphics card after fitting the corresponding EK-Quantum Vector Strix RX 6800/6900 water block according to the water block installation instructions. Place the supplied thermal pads where indicated on the backplate to ensure thermal contact with the VRM, VRAM and GPU backside. Secure the backplate using the provided mounting mechanism and the screws from the separate compartment, ensuring all fasteners are tightened evenly to avoid PCB stress.
