Fitting EK Water Blocks Brass Black 20.8mm Height 1.65cm Diameter

The EK-Quantum Torque Micro Rotary 90 is a compact brass adapter fitting for water-cooling systems that enables a 90° turn while maintaining a very low installed height of approximately 21 mm. CNC-machined from solid brass and finished in Satin Black, the fitting consists of two permanently assembled parts sealed with rubber O-rings. It provides a fully rotatable joint between a male G1/4” thread and a female G1/4” port, allowing the outlet to be directed perpendicular to the mounted port. The centreline of the female port sits 12.5 mm above the mounting surface, and the base diameter is 16.5 mm. The adapter is compatible with EK-Quantum Torque STC, HDC and Torque Micro HDP fittings.

How to use

Screw the male G1/4” thread into the desired port on a water-cooling component. Use a 6 mm Allen key in the opening on the top face to secure the base in place; once tightened, the fitting body can rotate freely to the required perpendicular direction. EK recommends using the EK-Loop Multi Allen Key for securing this fitting. Install tubing or connect adjacent EK-Quantum Torque fittings as needed.

Recommendations

Install the fitting before finalising tubing runs to allow rotation and optimal alignment. Avoid painting the inner surfaces and ensure O-rings are seated correctly to maintain a reliable seal.
