Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.

GAMING KEY SPEC
160HZ REFRESH RATE(OC) AND 1MS (MPRT) RESPONSE TIME
TUF Gaming VG32UQA1A delivers stunning visuals from all angles. With overclock to 160Hz refresh rate decimates lag and motion blur to give you the upper hand in first person shooters, racers, real-time strategy, and sports titles. This ultrafast refresh rate lets you play at the highest visual settings and lets you react instantly to what's onscreen — so you'll get that first strike in.

GAMING KEY SPEC
ADAPTIVE-SYNC
AMD FreeSync Premium technology supported through DP and HDMI ports providing variable refresh rates for low latency, stuttering-free and tearing-free while gaming.

COLOR PERFORMANCE
HIGH DYNAMIC RANGE
TUF Gaming VG32UQA1A takes advantage of HDR technology to deliver more vivid colors and higher contrast levels compared to traditional monitors.

EXCLUSIVE GAMING FEATURE
ELMB SYNC
ELMB Sync* enables ELMB to work simultaneously with adaptive-sync technology to eliminate ghosting and tearing for extraordinarily sharp, high-frame-rate gaming.

EXCLUSIVE GAMING FEATURE
VARIABLE OVERDRIVE
Integrated ASUS Variable Overdrive technology allows the display to dynamically alter its overdrive setting as frame rates fluctuate, ensuring optimal results for any game. You choose how strong you want the overall effect to be, then let the monitor take it from there.

IN-GAME ENHANCEMENTS

INTUITIVE CONTROLS
ASUS DisplayWidget Lite is a software utility that lets you easily and quickly tweak settings or configure ASUS-exclusive features such as Shadow Boost, ASUS GameVisual, and more.

SHADOW BOOST
ASUS Shadow Boost technology clarifies dark areas of the game without overexposing brighter areas, improving overall viewing while also making it easier to spot enemies hidden in dark areas of the map.

GAMEPLUS
The ASUS-exclusive, integrated GamePlus hotkey offers in-game enhancements that help you get more out of your game. This function is co-developed with input from pro gamers, allowing them to practice and improve their gaming skills.

GAMEVISUAL
ASUS GameVisual Technology has seven pre-set display modes to optimize visuals for different types of content. This unique feature can be easily accessed through a hotkey or the on-screen display settings menu.

FLICKER-FREE TECHNOLOGY
Flicker-Free technology reduces flicker to minimize eyestrain for improved comfort when you're embroiled in long gaming sessions.

LOW BLUE LIGHT
ASUS Low Blue Light technology reduces the amount of potentially harmful blue light emitted by the display. Four different filter settings are available to control the amount of blue light reduction.

ENGINEERING

EXTENSIVE CONNECTIVITY
A multitude of connectivity options, including HDMI 2.1, DisplayPort™ 1.4 (DSC), ensures wide compatibility with a variety of input sources.

ERGONOMIC DESIGN
With an ergonomically-designed stand, it provides tilt so you can easily find your ideal viewing position. The display is also VESA-compatible for wall mounting.

How to use

Connect the monitor to a PC using DisplayPort 1.4 to enable 4K@160 Hz with DSC or to a console via HDMI 2.1 for native 4K@120 Hz. Enable Adaptive-Sync/FreeSync and ELMB Sync in the on-screen display or through ASUS DisplayWidget Lite to reduce tearing and motion blur. Adjust Variable Overdrive based on frame rate behavior to balance ghosting and overshoot. Use the tilt adjustment to set a comfortable viewing angle and mount the display on a VESA arm if preferred.

Recommendations

For best results in PC gaming, use a compatible graphics card with DisplayPort 1.4 and enable DSC for full-resolution 4K at high refresh rates. On consoles, connect via HDMI 2.1 and enable VRR/Auto Low Latency mode. When using ELMB Sync, test different overdrive levels to find the optimal balance between motion clarity and artifacting. Use low-blue-light and flicker-free modes to reduce eye strain during long sessions.
