Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.

The ASUS ProArt PA34VCNV is a 34.1-inch UltraWide 21:9 curved professional monitor with a 3440 x 1440 (UWQHD) IPS panel. It is factory pre-calibrated to Delta E < 2 and Calman Verified, covers 100% sRGB / Rec.709, and supports 10-bit color depth. The display provides a single-cable USB-C docking solution with DisplayPort, fast data transfer and up to 96 W power delivery, plus extensive connectivity including HDMI, DisplayPort (daisy-chain), USB-A, an additional downstream USB-C port, RJ45 Ethernet and a headphone pass-through. The monitor features a matte screen surface, 3800R curvature, built-in speakers, ergonomic stand with tilt/height/swivel and VESA mount compatibility.

Advantages

Factory color calibration (Delta E < 2) and Calman verification ensure accurate color reproduction out of the box. The ultra-wide 3440 x 1440 resolution and 3800R curvature provide more workspace for video editing and multitasking with comfortable viewing. USB-C with 96 W power delivery enables one-cable docking for compatible laptops while the integrated USB hub, RJ45 port and daisy-chain DisplayPort expand connectivity and workflow flexibility. Eye-care features include hardware-based Ultra-Low Blue Light and Flicker-Free technology, and the ergonomic stand supports quick-release VESA mounting.

Suitable for

  • Video editors and filmmakers who need a wide timeline and accurate color.
  • Colorists requiring factory-calibrated Delta E < 2 accuracy and Rec.709 coverage.
  • Photographers and designers who need reliable color reproduction and 10-bit support.
  • Professionals seeking a single-cable docking workflow for laptops (USB-C PD 96 W).

How to use

Connect a compatible laptop or PC to the monitor using the supplied USB-C cable to enable DisplayPort video, USB data transfer and up to 96 W power delivery over a single connection. Use HDMI or DisplayPort inputs for other sources; DisplayPort supports daisy-chaining additional monitors from the same video source. Configure color modes and ProArt Preset via the on-screen display to match project requirements. Adjust stand height, tilt and swivel for ergonomic viewing or use the quick-release VESA mount to attach the monitor to a wall or arm.

Recommendations

For color-critical work, allow the monitor to warm up for at least 30 minutes before beginning grading or proofing. Use the factory-calibrated profile for consistent results and connect a stable network via the RJ45 port when large file transfers or remote collaboration are required.
