We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.
But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:
We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Connect the monitor to a compatible graphics source using the appropriate video cable and enable the desired resolution (2560 x 1440) and refresh rate (up to 480 Hz) in your system settings or GPU control panel. Use the on-screen display (OSD) to configure color modes, HDR and game-focused settings, and enable OLED Care+ features as needed. Attach peripherals to the integrated USB 3.2 Gen 1 hub and adjust the stand height for comfortable viewing. For VESA-mounted setups, remove the stand and follow the VESA mount instructions included with the monitor.
To help protect the OLED panel and prolong its usable life, enable OLED Care+ features, avoid static high-contrast images for extended periods, and ensure adequate passive cooling by keeping ventilation around the monitor unobstructed. Use appropriate refresh-rate and resolution settings from a compatible GPU to fully benefit from the 480 Hz capability.
