Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.

The 27-inch TUF Gaming VG27AQL5A is a QHD gaming monitor with an IPS panel that supports up to 210 Hz (OC) refresh rate for fast, responsive gameplay. It combines ASUS Extreme Low Motion Blur Sync (ELMB Sync) with VESA AdaptiveSync technologies, including AMD FreeSync™ Premium, to reduce motion blur and minimize tearing for smoother visuals. The monitor also supports DisplayHDR 400 and covers 95% of the DCI-P3 color gamut to deliver improved color accuracy and contrast.

Advantages

This monitor provides very high refresh rates and low-motion-blur features suitable for competitive and fast-paced gaming. AdaptiveSync compatibility helps prevent screen tearing across a wide range of frame rates, while DisplayHDR 400 and 95% DCI-P3 coverage enhance color reproduction and dynamic range. The IPS panel ensures consistent viewing angles and stable colors during prolonged use.

Key specifications

  • Screen size: 27 inches
  • Resolution: QHD (2560 × 1440)
  • Panel type: IPS
  • Refresh rate: up to 210 Hz (OC)
  • AdaptiveSync: ASUS ELMB Sync, AMD FreeSync™ Premium, VESA AdaptiveSync
  • HDR: DisplayHDR 400
  • Color gamut: 95% DCI-P3

How to use

Connect the monitor to a compatible graphics source using DisplayPort or HDMI (check device compatibility for 210 Hz support). Enable AdaptiveSync/FreeSync in your graphics driver and the monitor OSD to benefit from ELMB Sync and tear-free performance. For HDR content, activate DisplayHDR mode in the monitor settings and enable HDR output in your operating system and applications. Adjust brightness, color temperature, and other image settings in the OSD according to your environment and preferences.

Recommendations

For optimal performance at the maximum refresh rate, use a high-bandwidth DisplayPort cable and ensure your GPU and drivers support QHD at 210 Hz. Calibrate or fine-tune color settings if accurate color reproduction is required for content creation.
