We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

How to use

Install the motherboard according to its form factor, route cables using the 3D pass-throughs and smart cutouts, and secure storage drives in the designated 2.5" slots or removable cage. Fit radiators in the top and side positions as required, using the modular fan brackets to choose 120 mm or 140 mm fans. Mount the PSU on the elevated mount to maintain fresh-air intake, and place the GPU either horizontally or vertically using a 160 mm PCIe Gen4 riser cable if vertical orientation is desired. Remove magnetic filters for routine cleaning to maintain optimal airflow.

Recommendations

For best thermal performance, configure airflow with intake fans at the front/bottom and exhausts at the top/rear, and use the magnetic filters to reduce dust buildup. When installing large custom radiators or EATX motherboards, verify clearance for components such as tall CPU coolers and vertically mounted GPUs.
