How to use

Use the GreenPan Barcelona Pro on compatible cooktops following normal stovetop practices. Preheat the pan briefly on medium heat before adding oil or ingredients to ensure even cooking. Use wooden, silicone or heat-resistant nylon utensils to protect the ceramic coating. After use, allow the pan to cool before washing; clean with warm soapy water and a soft sponge. Do not use abrasive cleaners or steel wool which can damage the surface.

Recommendations

For longest coating life, avoid high empty-pan heat and do not exceed the oven temperature limit of 180°C. Allow oily residues to soak briefly in warm water for easier cleaning and store the pan without stacking heavy items on top to preserve the non-stick surface.
