How to use

Before first use, wash the pan with warm water and mild detergent, then dry thoroughly. Use low to medium heat for most cooking tasks to preserve the non-stick coating and benefit from even heat distribution. Add a small amount of oil or butter where needed; the BalancePro™ base helps keep fats in place. Avoid metal utensils that can scratch the surface; use silicone, wood or heat-resistant nylon utensils instead. After cooking, allow the pan to cool slightly before cleaning to protect the coating and shape.

Recommendations

Hand washing with a soft sponge and mild detergent is recommended to maintain the Thermolon™ coating and Scratch Guard™ performance. For oven use keep temperature below or equal to 220°C and avoid thermal shock by not immersing a hot pan in cold water.
