How to use

Preheat the pan briefly over low to medium heat before adding oil or fat. Use the pan for searing, roasting or gentle frying as required: maintain moderate temperatures to protect the non-stick coating and achieve even cooking. Turn and stir with care using wooden, silicone or plastic utensils to avoid damaging the surface. After cooking, allow the pan to cool slightly before cleaning.

Recommendations

To prolong the life of the Adamant® coating, avoid overheating an empty pan and do not use metal utensils. Hand washing is recommended for optimal long-term care, although the coating simplifies cleaning.
