How to use

Heat the adhesive stick in a compatible hot-melt glue gun to the manufacturer-recommended operating temperature (typically around 190 °C for the stated performance). Apply the molten adhesive evenly to one of the mating surfaces, press the parts together immediately and hold until the bond firms (typically within 8 seconds). Allow assembled parts to sit undisturbed until the adhesive reaches handling strength and approaches full drying time.

Recommendations

For best results, ensure bonding surfaces are clean, dry and free of dust, grease or loose particles. Use an appropriate glue gun capable of maintaining the required temperature for consistent flow. Test-bond small samples when joining dissimilar plastics or heat-sensitive materials to confirm adhesion and temperature compatibility.
