How to use

Insert a compatible 11 mm glue stick into the feed chamber and connect the tool to the mains if continuous operation is required. Allow the Gluematic 5000 to heat for approximately three minutes until the glue reaches working temperature. For cordless short jobs, heat the tool and then use it unplugged for up to around 20 minutes thanks to the internal heat storage. Apply the molten glue to one surface, press both surfaces together and hold briefly until the bond sets.

Recommendations

Use on clean, dry surfaces for best adhesion. For larger surfaces or prolonged tasks, operate the tool connected to the mains to maintain continuous glue flow. Allow the glue to cool before storing and follow general safety instructions for hot melt adhesives to avoid burns.
