Two ergonomic side handles provide balanced support when lifting or transferring the wok, and the included lid improves heat retention and speeds up cooking processes like simmering. Compatibility with induction and other stovetops makes this wok versatile across different kitchens.

How to use

Preheat the wok on a compatible stovetop at medium heat before adding oil or ingredients to ensure even cooking. Use wooden, silicone or plastic utensils to avoid scratching the nonstick surface. For stir-frying, heat oil until it shimmers, add ingredients in batches if needed, and toss or stir continuously for even browning. Use the lid when simmering or braising to maintain moisture and reduce cooking time. Clean the wok after cooling by hand washing with warm water and a soft sponge; avoid abrasive cleaners and metal scouring pads to preserve the coating.

Recommendations

For long-term performance, avoid overheating an empty wok and store it in a dry place. Regular gentle cleaning and using appropriate utensils will help maintain the granite nonstick surface and ensure consistent cooking results.
