How to use

Preheat the wok briefly on medium to high heat before adding oil with a high smoke point (for example peanut, grapeseed or refined sunflower oil). Stir-fry ingredients in small batches, constantly moving them between the hot base and cooler walls to ensure even cooking and preserve nutrients. Avoid using metal utensils on the coated surface to prolong the life of the non-stick layer. After use, allow the wok to cool slightly before cleaning; it is dishwasher-safe but gentle hand washing will further protect the coating.
