How to use

Connect the KoiBox-100W to an HDMI display and to your network, insert a 2.5" SATA drive if local recording is required, and power the unit. For video conferencing, attach compatible USB cameras and microphones and launch or join meetings via KoiMeeter, supported cloud services or SIP systems. For wireless presentation, open a browser (Chrome or Firefox), enter the display IP address to cast a screen or scan the device QR code from a mobile phone to project the mobile display. Choose projection modes (entire screen, specific application window or Chrome tab where supported) and use four‑split screen or remote projection as needed.

Recommendations

For stable 4K wireless projection and multi‑party conferences, use a robust Wi‑Fi 6 network and position the KoiBox-100W and client devices with minimal RF interference. Install a compatible 2.5" SATA SSD for reliable local recording and ensure connected cameras and microphones meet the required resolution and audio quality for your meeting environment.
