BenQ TZY61 Desktop is a compact wireless presentation system in a black ABS, aluminium and polycarbonate housing sized 67×67×23.2 mm. The InstaShare combo set includes two wireless buttons and one dock (cradle) designed for simple plug-and-play screen sharing in meeting rooms, classrooms and collaborative spaces. The system supports one-cable USB-C connectivity for casting, power and touchback where supported, and uses Wi‑Fi (IEEE 802.11ac Wave 2) for stable wireless transmission.

Advantages

The BenQ TZY61 InstaShare Button/Cradle combo enables one-click screen sharing from Windows laptops, MacBook® computers and Chromebooks without complex setup. A single USB-C cable provides power, casting and touchback capability, reducing cable clutter and accelerating meeting start times. The included dock stores the two buttons and other small accessories, keeping work surfaces organised. IEEE 802.11ac Wave 2 Wi‑Fi delivers improved connection stability and throughput for smoother 4K content sharing and collaboration.

Suitable for

• Small and medium meeting rooms for fast presenter switching
• Classrooms and lecture spaces for teacher and student screen casting

How to use

Connect an InstaShare Button to your laptop using the supplied USB-C cable and place the button in the dock when not in use. To present, press the button to initiate wireless casting to a compatible BenQ display; the USB-C connection handles power and, where supported, touchback. No additional software installation is typically required for standard laptop platforms—follow on-screen prompts if the first-time device pairing is requested. For video calls or interactive sessions, attach the button to the presenter laptop, cast the screen to the BenQ Board, and use the display’s audio/video and interactive features.

Recommendations

Use a short, high-quality USB-C cable certified for power and data to ensure stable casting and touch response. Position the dock within easy reach of presenters and keep the InstaShare Buttons in the dock when not in use to avoid loss. For best wireless performance, ensure the display’s Wi‑Fi environment is free from heavy interference and that firmware on BenQ displays is up to date.
