Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.

Stay focused and reduce distractions with the Logitech MK295 Silent Wireless Combo, a keyboard and mouse set designed to minimize noise for users and nearby people. The set combines a full-size keyboard and a compact mouse that preserve familiar typing and clicking feedback while making interactions significantly quieter.

Advantages

The MK295 uses SilentTouch technology to cut more than 90% of typing and clicking sounds while maintaining a natural feel. A reliable 2.4 GHz wireless connection with up to 10 m range prevents drop-outs and lag. The USB receiver is compact and can remain plugged into a computer, freeing desk space. The keyboard features spill-resistant construction, durable keys and adjustable tilt legs for comfortable typing.

Key specifications

  • Connectivity: 2.4 GHz wireless via USB receiver
  • Wireless range: up to 10 m
  • Noise reduction: over 90% noise reduction with SilentTouch technology
  • Keyboard features: full-size layout, spill-resistant design, durable keys, adjustable tilt legs
  • Mouse features: compact, quiet clicks

How to use

Insert the USB receiver into a free USB port on your computer. Turn on the keyboard and mouse if they include power switches, and allow the devices to pair automatically via the 2.4 GHz connection. Position the keyboard with the tilt legs adjusted to a comfortable angle and place the mouse on a suitable surface. Replace batteries according to the manufacturer’s instructions when indicators show low power.

Recommendations

For best performance, keep the USB receiver unobstructed and within 10 m of the keyboard and mouse; avoid placing large metal objects between devices and receiver. Clean spills promptly and follow battery disposal guidelines.
