The slim aluminium USB-C 5Gbps AXAGON HUE-STA ALU STRIP hub easily and quickly connects up to four USB devices simultaneously to a laptop or computer. You connect your laptop to the hub via a 12 cm long USB-A cable.

The USB hub offers four USB outputs – one USB-A 5Gbps, ideal for fast connection of external drives or flash drives. Two standard USB-A 480Mbps outputs are sufficient for reliable connection of a mouse, keyboard, or printer. The fourth USB-C 480Mbps data connector allows the connection of most mobile phones and other devices with a common transfer rate.

The slim aluminum body not only looks great, but also provides mechanical durability and passive cooling. How to use

Connect the hub to a computer or tablet using the integrated USB-A cable. Plug your USB devices into the hub’s ports according to their required transfer speeds (use the 5 Gbps USB-A port for fast storage devices). The hub is bus-powered and requires no separate power adapter. Devices can be connected or disconnected while the computer is running thanks to Hot Plug and Plug & Play support.

Recommendations

For best performance with external drives, use the USB-A 5 Gbps port. When connecting multiple storage devices simultaneously, ensure the host system supports concurrent drives and be aware that bus power limits may affect charging and simultaneous heavy data transfers.
