Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

The D-Link DUB-H7 7-Port USB 2.0 Hub adds seven additional USB ports to a PC or Mac, enabling connection of multiple peripherals and charging of tablets and smartphones. The compact black hub supports USB 2.0 data rates up to 480 Mbps and can be used with or without an external power adapter depending on your needs.

Advantages

The hub offers seven USB 2.0 ports that expand a computer's connectivity while remaining plug-and-play with no drivers required. Each Fast Charge port can deliver increased charging current (up to 2.4 A) to charge power-hungry devices such as tablets. Its compact and lightweight design makes it portable for travel, and the hub is certified by FCC, CE and RoHS for safety and reliability.

Suitable for

  • Connecting multiple peripherals: keyboards, mice, printers, external drives, cameras
  • Charging smartphones and tablets, including iPad-class devices
  • Adding extra USB ports to notebooks and desktop computers
  • Portable charging when travelling (with optional power adapter)

How to use

Plug the DUB-H7 hub into a computer's USB Type-A port using the included cable; the hub is plug-and-play and requires no driver installation. Connect up to seven USB devices to the hub's ports for data transfer or charging. For faster or simultaneous charging of multiple tablets and other high-capacity devices, connect the external power adapter (if provided) to enable the hub's Fast Charge capability.

Recommendations

To ensure stable charging and data transfer, use the supplied power adapter when connecting several high-current devices simultaneously. Avoid using damaged cables and place the hub on a stable, flat surface to prevent port strain.
