How to use

Before connecting the drive to a computer or mobile host, enter your 7–16 digit User PIN on the integrated keypad and unlock the device. If the drive requires admin configuration, an administrator can set Admin and User PINs, enable user-forced enrollment, or program recovery PINs using the onboard keypad or with the Aegis Configurator bundle for mass provisioning. When unlocked, plug the drive into a USB Type-A port to access files; the device will auto-lock when unplugged or after a programmed inactivity timeout. To permanently clear the drive and generate a new encryption key, use the drive reset feature which destroys stored data and resets PINs.
