The EK-HD Tube Reamer is an external and internal tube reamer designed to remove burrs and rough edges from freshly cut tubing. Constructed from plastic and steel, the tool accommodates tubes with a minimum inner diameter of 5 mm and a maximum outer diameter of 30 mm, and is intended primarily for use with acrylic, PETG, copper, aluminum, brass, and carbon fiber tubing used in liquid cooling systems.

How to use

After cutting the tube to length, insert the appropriate end into the internal reamer and rotate the tool to remove internal burrs. For external finishing, place the external part of the tool over the tube end and rotate to smooth the outside edge. Repeat as needed until the cut edge is even and free of roughness. Inspect the tube end visually and by feel before installing fittings.
