The EK Water Blocks 3831109838334 radiator is a compact 130mm radiator built from brass, copper and stainless steel with a black finish and a height of 44mm. It uses sixteen 2mm-wide copper tubes and non-louvered copper fins with 18 FPI to balance thermal transfer and airflow resistance, enabling effective cooling even at low fan speeds. The radiator includes five G1/4" threaded ports (four on the main body and one on the end-tank) to simplify loop planning, draining and air bleeding. Thick extruded aluminum end caps, stamped side plates and a matte black fin coating provide structural rigidity and a premium appearance. The package contains the radiator, screws for 25mm-thick 120mm fans, mounting screws for case attachment, and two hex keys.

How to use

Mount the radiator using the supplied M4 screws: use the M4×30 mm screws to attach standard 120 mm, 25 mm-thick fans in push or pull configuration, and use the M4×5 mm screws to secure the radiator to the case. Plan tubing routes using the four main G1/4" ports and the additional end-tank port for draining and air bleeding. For higher cooling performance, consider a push/pull fan configuration. When installing longer screws, be cautious not to overtighten; the core is designed to prevent structural damage if longer screws contact the fins.

Recommendations

Use sealed-edge frame fans (such as EK fans or similar) and keep fan speeds low where possible to benefit from the radiator's low airflow resistance. When assembling multi-radiator loops, prefer a single adequate pump (D5 or DDC) thanks to the radiator's low flow restriction. Use the extra G1/4" port on the end-tank for draining and air removal during maintenance.
