How to use

Extend the sections and secure each one with the twist locks to reach the required height, up to 159 cm. Use the reversible screw on the top disc to attach your camera directly (1/4" or 3/8") or mount an optional Manfrotto head or clamp. Hold the monopod by the rubber grip and use the wrist strap for added security while composing and shooting. Collapse the sections and lock them for compact storage and transport.

Recommendations

For stable long-lens or telephoto shooting, fully extend the lower sections and keep the monopod base steady on firm ground; avoid overloading beyond the 15 kg limit and check twist locks regularly for secure positioning.
