How to use

Screw the monopod’s mounting stud into the camera’s tripod socket until secure, or fit a compatible head via the 1/4"–3/8" adapter before mounting the camera. Extend the carbon sections to the required height and adjust the tension on the magnesium twist locks to achieve a firm, vibration-free support. Use the wrist strap to steady the monopod during hand-held use and position the rubber legwarmer against surfaces for improved grip.
